Fruit Vacuum Fryer Equipment Steam / Thermal Oil Heating Low Fat Healthy
Ⅰ. Description:
1. Vacuum frying is an improved method of frying in a low pressure and low temperature environment to improve the quality properties of fried foods. Since recent research has confirmed the relationship between traditional fried food consumption and human health issues, this technology has become increasingly popular in modern times. On the other hand, vacuum frying has proven to be a better and healthier alternative to traditional frying.
2. Vacuum frying can make fruits and vegetables with low value and poor taste into flavor foods, which has greater significance for the processing of fruits and vegetables with poor quality. The processing of chips has greatly increased the economic value of fruits and vegetables, and can make full use of fruits and vegetables resources to avoid waste caused by decay and deterioration of them.
Ⅱ. Application:
1. Vegetables:okra, carrot, potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, garlic, onion, mushroom, white gourd, etc.
2. Fruits:jujube, apple, banana, strawberry, jackfruit, durian, fig, etc.
3. Meat:beef, fish, shrimp, octopus, etc.
4. Seafoods: shrimp, small crab
5. Others:sweet peas, green soya bean, broad bean, etc.
Ⅲ. Features of Our Vacuum Fryer Equipment
1. The heating speed is fast, only need 8-13mins to reach required temperature. The oil cycle area is 35-40m³.
2. Fully automatic computer control from feeding to de-oiling. 1 person can operate 5 sets.
3. Equipped most advanced vacuum pump, including our own design. The vacuum degree can be maintain -0.098mpa all the time. The noise can be controlled below 60dB.
4. The de-oiling speed is 300r/min. It also can be changed according to different products.
5. Reasonable oil inlet design keep the even oil washing. The product has good color.
6. Pressure Test: we do this beofore our machine delivered out.
Close the door and the line valve on the frying pot. Turn on the cooling water supply system and the vacuum pump. Check the frying pot, pipeline, valve for leaks. When the vacuum is -0.095MPa, turn off the vacuum pump and keep pressure for five minutes. The pressure drop is not more than 10% is normal, otherwise re-detection until qualified.
Note: The holding pressure is generally required in the following two cases. First, the equipment is debugged after installation; second, the downtime is long, and the production is restarted.
7. Low Noise: we applied a small invention for the vacuum pump on our machine, it is atmospheric ejector, which make the noise is below 60db.
8. Oil Filter Integrated Design
We have vacuum oil filter tank to match with our automatic snacks vacuum frying equipment. The whole process is also automatic. There is an vacuum pump on the filter tank, it can pump the oil from storage tank into the filter tank.
We all know after several batches, there will be bad smell and also dirty scrap(sugar) in the oil. In order to keep good quality of final chips, the oil need to be filtered.
